At Hemios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
